I’m experiencing some uncertainty, and various individuals hold differing viewpoints. I've activated this feature within the settings.

Consequently, when entering Grand Theft Auto V and choosing 2xMSAA, does that truly deliver twice the MSAA resolution, or does it produce four times?

Numerous online resources provide conflicting information regarding the distinctions between MSAA and MFAA.

A distinction exists. Specifically, 4xMFAA provides a performance burden equivalent to 2xMSAA while achieving an anti-aliasing level similar to 4xMSAA. MFAA provides MSAA quality with a significantly reduced effect on system performance. It closely resembles MSAA in terms of visual fidelity and minimizes image blurring. Consequently, MFAA can yield picture quality comparable to 4x MSAA at approximately the performance expenditure of 2x MSAA, or deliver 8x MSAA quality with roughly the same performance demand. MFAA/Multi-Frame Samples Anti Aliasing offers MSAA quality, with a considerably smaller impact on overall performance. You can activate and mandate...

A distinction exists. Specifically, 4xMFAA provides a performance burden equivalent to 2xMSAA, while maintaining an anti-aliasing level comparable to 4xMSAA. MFAA delivers MSAA’s visual quality with a significantly reduced impact on system performance. It approaches MSAA in terms of image fidelity and minimizes blurring effects. Consequently, MFAA can achieve an image quality mirroring 4x MSAA at approximately the same performance expense as 2x MSAA, or achieve 8x MSAA quality with roughly a 4x MSAA performance cost. MFAA/Multi-Frame Sampled Anti-Aliasing offers MSAA quality with a notably smaller performance impact. It can be activated and mandated through the NVIDIA Control Panel, such as when 4xMFAA offers performance akin to 2xMSAA, yet provides 4xMSA quality – potentially even exceeding it. In my opinion, MFAA closely resembles MSAA in terms of visual quality and exhibits minimal image blurring compared to other anti-aliasing methods. For instance, within games like GTA 5 (where you might select options such as 2x or 4x MSAA), enabling MFAA via the NVIDIA Control Panel can yield enhanced performance without sacrificing image quality.

Currently, I’m employing 4x Multi-Sample Anti-Aliasing and noticing a performance slowdown in certain regions. Despite this, it’s functioning correctly, and I'm observing a noticeable improvement in visual clarity. I intend to conduct further testing, potentially pushing several other graphical parameters to their limits, particularly the grass detail.

Could you please specify the current GRASS level you've selected?

Certainly, I believe I’ve configured it for the most demanding settings. I'll attempt to lower this and then re-evaluate how the game performs.

Certainly, I recommend reducing the lawn's density.

It appears that adjusting the Grass setting is beneficial. Furthermore, there are fewer instances of stuttering.
