An E7500 with a tapemod or 1333 fsb in the BIOS will get 3.66 Ghz for about $6. The 2nd photo is the tapemod. If you can adjust Voltage in BIOS then E7600 will go 3.8 GHz. Here is an overclocked E5800 @ 3.8GHz on that https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/5461443 With 2 RAM slots and DDR2 4 GB is about the most you're going to get on that. 3GB can't be dual channel in 2 slots.
