I’ve confirmed my maximum stable memory clock at +1325mhz on my 2080 Ti, and I double-checked it wasn’t error correction interference. For continuous gaming, what clock should I opt for?

The specifications are 150 Core and 1025 Memory (Micron).
I wouldn't run it for extended periods; I was just checking its limits.

Each card is unique, and what you should be focusing on for continuous use depends on personal preference.
However, I'm really worried about running +1325MHz over the long term (I can manage my 2070S up to +1000MHz, and it wouldn't be a problem).
There seems to be a general consensus that between +500 and +800MHz is considered safe, but we can't be sure.
Someone here (or in the TH Discord) experienced memory issues after doing a significant overclock... but I don't have the details, and it's just based on stories.

Sure, I understand. You're considering 800 as a safe choice, likely because your card has strong Samsung memory and you want to avoid damaging it. You're also curious about what the person on Discord was using.

I'm not entirely certain... It popped up in conversation recently while I was testing my 2070S to see its capabilities. I think it performed well above +1000, though I don't have the exact number.

You ended up with a 2070S.
