Hi there, I'm cirrently facing two problems: 1). Sometimes when I turn off my Computers; the OS is actually being shut down, the monitor turns off as well, bu some how the machine keeps running... 2). Sometimes I turn off the PC, everything is being shut down, but the PC turns itself back on automatically, whithout me pressing any button. Im not really sure if this is a hardware or software problem, or both. Thanks for your help.

Next time you power it off, remove all USB devices and observe if it stops functioning. ---- Are any peripherals connected, like a charger or headset? Anything that might draw power even when off could be the issue. Also verify in your BIOS there are no settings enabling the USB to remain active after shutdown to charge components. This might be causing the problems you mentioned.

Sorry for the delayed reply. This doesn't usually occur. I have an ASUS PA279Q Monitor connected via a USB 3 cable...the only issue is drawing power. The monitor plugs into an adapter that lets me connect multiple devices and can be turned on or off. Sometimes, when I switch it off, the PC in another socket restarts... That's strange! Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
