Hello, I’m planning to relocate into a new dormitory on campus in January. I’ve been checking online reviews and they all mention the internet speed is below 1 mbps even over Ethernet. Are there any reliable hotspots or data spots available besides my phone that could work with a desktop? I’m looking for any possible options. Thanks!
