We recently purchased an Alcatel EPABX that supports direct calling via a phone book. However, the phone book has a limit of 2200 numbers. Our phone numbers exceed this limit significantly—we have over 3500 entries in an Excel file. We aim to reduce our numbers below 2000 so the Excel sheet can be imported into the phone book. We are looking for software that can identify duplicates and organize numbers based on age history. Could you provide links to one or two such tools? The software should also assist with additional features to trim the number count, making it suitable for the phonebook.
