Hi guys, what software would you recommend to monitor :
~FPS
~CPU Temp
~GPU Temp
~Etc. (no screen record though)
while in game
if possible would you also provide a video showing how to activate/use the program/software

MSI Afterburner is what you're looking for.
It can be configured to include all the readouts that you are looking for. It shouldn't be hard to find a video on YouTube to walk you through configuring it. Unfortunately my connection is crap at the moment so I can't link you to a good video.

Rivtuner is the best option because it allows for on-screen graphing and benchmarks.
