The system-laptop- is running W11 Home.
There is an option to recover into factory default, and a recovery from an environment that "resembles"
Win PE.
The problem is that I do need a proof of erasure and I can get software that provides such a certificate.
It just can not run on ARM, and those systems do not allow booting from a different medium.
Only W11 for ARMx64 -I got that from Microsoft.

this is essentially wine (from Linux) adapted for ARM, though functionality may be limited.
Granting admin rights across the entire storage could be challenging or even unfeasible.
Additionally, only a secondary HDD can be fully wiped; attempting to wipe the primary drive will likely cause the system to crash.
The corporate kit must include automated reports and certificates to demonstrate compliance with regulations, since handwritten documentation is not acceptable.
