Hi everyone, I'm having some issues with my configuration screen—it's not clear how it's named, and my PC isn't set to English. I can't seem to uninstall most of my programs (the attached file shows around 25). Only a few, like Origin, Steam, and Fraps, appear to be missing. How should I fix this or what alternative uninstall methods work best? Thanks all!

Looking for uninstall options on Windows often brings up terms like "uninstall fraps."

Unusual, nothing like this before. Ccleaner could handle it, or maybe Revo Uninstaller is the one.

Thanks for assisting with @aidenrelkoff and @gFrenken97. Even in CCleaner, some programs weren’t found. I also managed to install almost everything correctly.

You might navigate through your program files (x86) and Program Files folders, then enter each program's directory to remove it, as uninstall.exe handles the process. (Windows uses this file for managing uninstallations.)

And another strange occurrence, my neighbor is facing the same problem too. It just showed up and didn’t disappear. We don’t even have similar computers or anything alike.
