I started having this issue where I would just be using my computer, gaming or just watching youtube, and all of a sudden one day these weird glitches where the audio and the ability to do anything would just randomly lag every so often. Audio becomes distorted and cant move the mouse for a second or two at a time. Anyone else know what this is and if there's a fix for it?

Intel and Nvidia are fully current. I’m using 6000 MB RAM with XMP 1 enabled, speed at 5600 MHz. Higher speeds cause crashes in games.
