Software issues with Roccat Tyon are occurring.
Hello! I recently purchased a Roccat Tyon mouse and I'm happy it works well. The reset buttons function properly. However, when using the software, it doesn't respond correctly. After registering my mouse online and downloading the program, any changes I make don't save or apply. It's as if I'm trying to adjust settings on a mouse that doesn't work at all. Could someone help me out? Thanks!
In your understanding, you don't have to sign up for an account to use their products—just for additional options. For the software, drivers differ depending on the mouse, so I can't assist with a single driver setup. Please share a screenshot of the driver software if you'd like help. The rest of my suggestions are: reinstall the software, reconnect by removing and reinserting drivers, or reach out to their support team. It's very effective and quick.
Hi Senne, Windows Defender sometimes prevents the driver from loading. Verify if this happens and set up an exception for the Tyon driver in Defender (or any antivirus you use). If it persists, reach out to [email protected]. Tim
