I just received the CM Storm Spawn, but the settings got corrupted when I opened the program. No matter what I do, I can't make any changes. Every time I press "apply" or the factory reset, the program becomes unresponsive and settings shift unpredictably. The mouse works fine, but it's completely broken because the software messed up all the movement and sensitivity adjustments. I attempted to use compatibility options for Windows 7 or Vista since I have Windows 8.1, but those didn't help much.
