I relied on TeraCopy for many years before moving to FastCopy due to its speed and feature set. Although it’s slightly quicker, I find Tera far more user-friendly and streamlined when handling batch copies across multiple folders into a single location. Are there any alternatives that offer fast, dependable file duplication within the same system? Ideally with a graphical interface. I’m not comfortable navigating DOS for copying tasks.

I rely on RoboCopy in my professional setting for transferring large volumes of data across multiple drives and servers, and it has consistently delivered reliable results over time.

I've been using Total Commander for a while now and haven't experienced any reliability problems.

The built-in functions in Windows, Mac, or Linux may have issues due to differences in their underlying software environments, compatibility problems, or limitations in handling certain operations across platforms.

On Windows, copying big amounts can feel sluggish. Other applications provide clearer visual feedback on issues, and copy settings help manage heavy copying tasks efficiently.

Single threaded speed is poor, often requiring days or weeks to move many small files one by one. Using tools like RoboCopy allows copying several files simultaneously, greatly improving efficiency.

Are you sure? It seems like Microsoft is improving continuously, making it easier for me to access the files without needing to navigate through network shares.

I rely on FreeFileSync for big file transfers. I implemented a workaround to ensure every copy is verified. After finishing a task, it will notify about any issues—though these are uncommon.

I've tested this on several devices and it performs well.
