when using a psu with usb such as the corsair models that end in "usb," you can access it through software. otherwise, you need to purchase one of these options: http://www.amazon.com/P3-P4400-Electrici...onsumption

When it enables Corsair Link, rely on that method. Power supplies require USB connections for any program able to assess them.
