Hi there, I'm the IT Specialist at our call center. I need advice on securing our systems. We want to restrict access to certain platforms like Facebook and Twitter while allowing only approved websites. Most machines run Windows 7 or XP, and they're all linked via Ethernet. Ideally, we'd prefer a network-based solution so we don't have to install new software on dozens of computers. Let me know what options would work best!

It’s worth mentioning that every computer links to a Linux server, which might function as a proxy if it isn’t already.

You can set up the router or proxy to handle basic business-grade features such as pfSense and manage support for a web filter that blocks many of these sites.
