Sure thing! Here are a few options for you:

1. A straightforward and user-friendly photo editor
2. One with decent contrast and brightness adjustments
3. Another that works well for collaging and framing images

Feel free to let me know if you need more suggestions or details about any of these.

Most of this work can be handled in Adobe Photoshop CS6/CC, though they come with a high cost. Gimp might also be an option, but I wouldn’t suggest getting them through questionable sources. If necessary, it’s fine.

For Collage, Picture Collage Maker offers a user-friendly way to create visual compositions. It allows you to select and arrange images easily, making the process straightforward. Your mum can purchase items like photoshop cc, and the software will help combine them into a cohesive collage. The interface is designed to be simple, so you don’t need advanced skills to produce great results.

You can purchase PS CC and Lightroom for $10 each month, totaling $120, which is quite affordable. Will you be using PS frequently?
