Software for managing G.Skill Trident Z RGB devices
Hello! I've been trying for a few days to resolve an issue with my G.Skill Trident Z RGB RAM. I've been using a 6700K on a MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon for two weeks and installed the G.Skill RGB RAM. Despite spending many hours searching, I haven't found any software that can properly control the RAM's colors. Aura Sync works, but without any Asus parts it keeps crashing and causing bugs when launching games. MSI Mystic Light/Dragon Center doesn't recognize the RAM either. Do you have any suggestions or fixes? Thanks in advance!
I attempted that, but it doesn’t affect the RAM sticks at all. I often switch them off first to check for any impact, yet nothing changes. The BIOS remains current, and I’ve reinstalled Windows twice just to confirm everything is working properly.
I only tested this software on two AMD machines, and it functioned well for me. Could you share an image of what you observed in the program?
It seems adjusting the settings and clicking 'Apply' doesn't make a difference. I'm reaching out to G.Skill for their perspective. Since I'm unfamiliar with this RAM model on the Z270, it might be related to that.
