I rely on furmark for my GPU and CPU. For the CPU, you can adjust the threads—unexpected perhaps. A simulation might help. Is Prime95 suitable? How long should I run tests for? People say hours or even days... how long should I test before it stabilizes? It seems a bit excessive testing, especially under heavy load.

I don't suggest Prime95, it might damage CPUs. I prefer AIDA64 instead.

I looked it up, but the docent mentions the features as well.

It directly overloads your computer to excessively high levels, potentially damaging parts because they weren't designed for such use.

Check the source here: http://www.aida64.com/ It doesn't provide any useful information.

Uncommon view: I rely on Asus RealBench to check CPU stability. It doesn’t raise the Vcore past my configuration during stress tests, unlike what I’ve seen with Aida64.
