Therefore, it started to rain. I was simply emphasizing that this choice fell within the budget we were given. It wasn't about paying a one-time fee for software, but rather the simpler way forward.

I'm using the trail still and haven't spent a penny on editing tools yet. Primier isn't within my budget. I intend to keep the software forever without any subscriptions. My Aftereffects collection, which was meant for study, has a damaged disc—just what I expected.

Premier and Sony Vegas are the top choices I know, though neither is inexpensive. Someone actually sold an old Sony Vegas Pro for $100 on the forum shop a long time ago—maybe you can locate another used copy now.
