You have several older processors such as Core 2 Duos and Pentiums, and you can boost the FSB speed using SetFSB. However, your motherboard BIOS doesn’t support overclocking. There isn’t any built-in software in Windows 10 that raises voltage or adjusts overclocking settings directly. You may need third-party tools or hardware modifications to achieve this.

The bios could handle it since the FSB setting is already well implemented in the BIOS. Every time you adjust the FSB, it simply sends a command to a part inside the BIOS that handles the update. At that time, this was a common method to bypass BIOS restrictions and perform an oc in a limited way.
