I don’t have a specific answer, but you can usually upgrade by downloading the latest Windows 10 installer from Microsoft and following the on-screen instructions. Make sure your system meets the requirements beforehand.

Get Windows 10, convert it to a disc or make a USB stick, insert it, press Install and choose Upgrade.

Your Windows 7 license works with Windows 10. You don’t need to purchase anything new.
