Is it because my country, Iran, has a problem with speed? Or is it because I use quickscoping too much? My ping is around 94 since I started using FTTH, so nobody else lags. Why do they ban me? How can I fight back? Who gets to kick members off the game: are we all players, or is there a specific mod doing this?

The game host has a way to kick people from their group. You can read more details about this at: https://gamertweak.com/kick-from-party-mw2-warzone-2/ No one knows why the host kicks, except that it's up to them. Maybe they don't like how fast you shoot or maybe you aren't a good team player. There are lots of reasons for this.
