I bought a Team T-Force 3000MHz DDR4 8GB package (two 4GB modules). Recently, I faced a problem where my system used a lot of memory because many apps were running at once—Chrome, games, AutoCAD tools like Fusion 360 and Formit, plus Adobe software such as Photoshop and Affix. Instead of letting my PC get overwhelmed, I considered adding more RAM. My challenge is deciding whether to buy another identical kit (the 2x4GB one) or look for an alternative. I’m worried it might be discontinued or hard to find in Australia right now. My options are: 1. Buy a 2x8 kit and trade in my current one. 2. Get another 2x8 kit from the same brand? Could be risky but worth trying. 3. Switch to a different brand’s 2x4GB model and hope it works. 4. Explore other solutions, like upgrading the motherboard.
