Unfortunately, I have a really basic home router from Huawei that doesn’t have any advanced capabilities. My only option seems to be using WireShark.

Instead of targeting the TV's IP, you could focus on the WAN port directly. This might simplify the process and avoid unnecessary steps.

Configure a fixed IP address on the TV. Omitting a default gateway ensures it stays within its subnet and avoids internet outbound traffic. If no gateway setting is available, enter 0.0.0.0 and leave DNS disabled.
