Hello everyone, I'm dealing with some micro stuttering issues in my games, especially in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. I'm not sure what's causing it. My system has an i7 9700K at 4.6ghz and an RTX 3080, but I see around 70-75c in the processor across all games. At first, I thought it might be related to the motherboard VRM, but temperatures look normal. Using MSI Afterburner, I noticed my CPU sometimes drops to 4.4ghz. I'm not sure if that's the main issue, but it's something I'm worried about. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
