I’m facing small interruptions in every game I play, which is really annoying. I’ve checked all my settings and drivers—Windows is fresh, EXPO is toggled on/off, and CPU overclocking didn’t help. The system runs smoothly under stress tests, but whenever I move in-game, even just a little, I notice noticeable stutters. This has been going on for more than a month now. I’ve attached an example from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, though it appears the issue isn’t limited to that title—it shows up across many games. FPS caps don’t solve the problem either. Deepcool, CH560 Digital WH, Tempered Glass, White GIGABYTE, AORUS ELITE P1000W ICE, 1000W, 80PLUS Platinum, PCIe 5.0 Gigabyte, X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ICE AMD, Ryzen 7 9800X3D (8C/16T, 4.70 GHz, 96MB Cache, 120W) Arctic, Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 ARGB White G.SKILL, Trident Z5 Neo RGB (AMD EXPO), DDR5, 32GB, 6000MHz, CL30, plus a couple of Sapphire cases and a Radeon RX 9070 XT. I’m seeking advice or fixes because it’s becoming increasingly frustrating.

I can't access the Samsung Magician app or its data directly. Please check the app for the latest thermals information.

Are you fortunate then? The 9800X3D functions perfectly.

Perhaps? Based on what I see online, most CPUs don’t report such issues frequently... (and countless 'sus' fixes). It could be related to a driver or BIOS problem, or maybe just a coincidence!
