Small black speck appearing in game, particularly around characters' hair, face, and trees?
I'm dealing with issues related to small black particles in game characters during gameplay. This problem didn't appear in the COD released in 2019, but it did occur in COD MW3, MW3, and BO6. It's quite bothersome. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?

Meanwhile: Full system specifications, including PSU make and model (or part number), age of the PSU, and whether it was purchased new, used, or refurbished.
I'll ask again; when I mention having a 650W Seasonic unit, 9 years old and brand new, can you estimate the PSU model you actually have? From that video, I didn't notice any small black particles. What I did observe was a checkered pattern on your monitor, which might be caused by GPU driver issues. If that's the case, possible solutions include: downloading the latest GPU drivers and DDU, uninstalling the drivers, rebooting, using DDU to clear any remaining driver remnants, and then restarting. If none of these work, it may indicate a problem with your GPU's VRAM—such as a discolored frame buffer stored in the damaged area. In that scenario, the only fix would be replacing the GPU. Testing is straightforward: install a known working GPU and see if performance improves. Occasionally, the issue could be with the monitor itself; for that, use a second, reliable monitor to verify.

Psu is a 550w thermaltake. It's four years old. And
Bro chill. This issue doesn't happen in any other games. Only this cod mw2, mw3, bo6.
I believe I should adjust the game graphics settings.
Because you haven't provided the PSU's model name yet, I'm assuming it's a low or subpar unit. Probably a Thermaltake Smart series PSU. If that's the case, it's a very poor PSU and using it is a bad idea. If you're referring to the small white dots that barely appear on the bottom frame in the image, it seems like a tessellation problem. Try adjusting the tessellation settings in-game to see if it improves. Also, a clean reinstall of GPU drivers could be a good approach.
Equal performance to Tt Smart line.
I’d swap it as soon as possible, before the PSU fails and causes all connected devices to shut down (that’s basically your whole PC going offline).
For a second opinion on your PSU, check the PSU Tier list here:

Your model should be listed under Tier F.
Personally, I’m leaning toward Tier A.

Remember: Because the PSU supplies power to everything, it’s the most critical part inside your PC.
