Hi everyone, I recently returned from a two-week stay and noticed my internet performance has dropped noticeably on both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. Previously, I was getting 900 megabits down and 5 to 600 megabits up. After restarting the modem, my upload speed improved, but my download speed now appears limited to just under 40 megabits per second. It seems like this cap is affecting both modes. Anyone have ideas on how to resolve this issue? I'm really frustrated and would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Reach out to your ISP to discuss this problem—they may offer assistance. Also, consider restarting the modem by unplugging it briefly and then reconnecting to trigger a new connection attempt.
