When my father uses his Chromebook to browse, I experience significant packet loss during games like Dota 2 and CS:GO. His normal ping is around 80, but it jumps to 120-150 when he reads or uses multiple tabs. He only reads politics content, not heavy multitasking. The issue persists across different routers and locations. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
