Hi everyone, I wasn't sure where to start, so I'm sharing this here. My Wi-Fi in the room is really slow, but using an Ethernet cable with my laptop creates a perfect hotspot. Now my computer stays on and works fine. Are there any easy-to-use devices that can do the same without being big or complicated? Thanks for your help! Greets from Belgium, Seppe

You have two choices: a repeater or an access point. A repeater is straightforward—it just amplifies your Wi-Fi signal. An access point needs an Ethernet cable and generates its own Wi-Fi network from the Ethernet connection. You can configure it however suits you. If you connect to that network, you might encounter NAT problems, but adjusting it could resolve the issue.
