They are legally required to address your concern. Request a conversation with the manager to discuss how unhelpful the individual was, emphasizing that it wasn’t your responsibility.

No ISP ensures faster Wi-Fi performance, but many variables come into play such as nearby devices that might interfere. Their ability to control this situation is limited.

Understand how 5GHz functions correctly. If 2.4 offers speed, something might be wrong.

I understand how it functions now, but it's Wi-Fi. Each home and configuration varies. I set up ISP gear for my own use. Some properties work perfectly, while others face problems. Even near the modem with Wi-Fi, the connection drops completely. That’s why we can’t promise anything over Wi-Fi, no matter whether it’s 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz or higher. Plus, is the signal really strong enough? If it only reaches about 1 bar on 5G, that might be the problem. In such cases, a physical barrier like a box could block the signal.

it was like I did the same thing in other issues. My connection remained slow even after setting up several devices. I even used my own router but it didn’t help much. It was the only network in the house, and I had full signal strength. In another case, a cheap Android box was slowing things down. Just unplugging it made everything work at full speed again, though it wouldn’t stay connected afterward. Wi-Fi can be quite frustrating to manage.

I received the new router but the speed remains poor. After turning off all devices except my laptop, the issue persists. It’s unusual since everything functioned normally before; no changes were made. The speed is consistent between my laptop and phone. I’m unsure what else to try.

I can perform a network scan to identify nearby networks. If there are multiple, I'll check whether they share the same channel or overlap. Just because nothing has changed doesn't guarantee others aren't active nearby.
