Also worth mentioning: I tested 1.1.1.1, but it reduced the speed to around 16mbps

Do you support a CAT6 or CAT5 wired Ethernet connection? Using it can reduce latency and boost speeds. If not, restarting your router might help—otherwise, upgrading your internet plan is the main option.
