I purchased the Ryzen 5 5600X and B450M Pro VDH Max, swapped out my previous components, and performed a fresh Windows installation. However, launching and shutting down takes around 20 to 30 minutes. What should I do? I watched numerous YouTube videos, but the problem persists.

The system didn't show any unusual activity during the shutdown or startup phases. It seems the BIOS is functioning correctly with the 5600X.

Consider reinstalling Windows or testing your operating system's performance on its intended storage to check for speed limitations.

Issue resolved. It was due to a corrupted HDD caused by a corrupted C. Thanks! ✌
