I'm curious about what might cause the low FPS or lag you're experiencing in GTA V. Even with only 65% CPU, 50% GPU usage, and 50% memory, you still see 50 to 70 frames per second. Your game runs on a 2 MB SSD, which shouldn't be a problem. You play in 4K with maximum settings, and the monitor is set to 144Hz with VSync off. The issue seems to appear around the time you hit around 55 FPS, despite those settings.
