Here’s a clearer version of your message:

In my area, we’re limited to one ISP, which offers wireless service. They charge up to 50 Mbps, but when I stream Steam or Battle.net games, it usually works well. Speedtest.net shows speeds around 40-50 Mbps, and both Netflix and YouTube report bandwidth between 4-5 Mbps. It seems the limit is intentional. When I asked my ISP about this, they just confirmed it’s their policy. Is there any way to get more than 50 Mbps? Netflix claims a stable 25 Mbps for 4K streaming.

It depends on how they're limiting speed. A VPN might assist with YouTube, though it's hard to locate one compatible with Netflix. They're pretty bad at this, as Netflix lets ISPs run their own caching servers to conserve bandwidth. My setup handles it.
