The typical frame rate for your games isn't important compared to other factors. The actual speed you're experiencing might depend on a recent Windows update. Very outdated hardware can easily change its behavior with software modifications.

Everything was fine, I used Windows 10 version 1903, now it's 22 hours and 2 minutes.

Look man, that’s exactly what I’m saying. With hardware that’s so outdated, you’ve got to be ready for some unexpected issues when system updates roll out. It’s just the system having to handle extra code with each update. What we’re trying to say is “this is how it works now.” You can’t expect a system like this to keep up its performance over time. Sure, if it were stuck in a time capsule where nothing changes, it’d be fine—but that’s not our reality. Give in to the 4-5 fps drop and focus on saving for better parts. And maybe something more up-to-date. Trying to build with duct tape and bubble gum can often create more headaches than it solves.

It seems the system is slowing down due to outdated hardware. I understand that cost is a factor.
