Typically, I experience a latency of approximately 10 milliseconds while playing titles such as Rainbow Six Siege or Overwatch. My internet connection provides speeds of 400 megabits per second for downloads and 20 megabits per second for uploads. However, I’m still encountering these stutters where my movement and camera control are unresponsive. I suspect this is due to lag; specifically, when observing other players during these instances, they appear stationary while I move, and then suddenly teleport back into position.

These performance issues exclusively occur within video games; they do not manifest when I am simply browsing the web.
Are the lags isolated on one title or on other titles as well.

TO add, How are you connected to the www? With the aid of a wireless adapter or through the Ethernet port. Furthermore, do you have a router as the mediator between ISP and your devices/computer.

Which software do you employ to safeguard your online connection and protect against unauthorized access? Have you scanned your system with tools such as SpyBot to detect malicious software?
With just Malwarebytes antivirus installed, is it advisable to also install SpyBot?
A monitoring tool like Spybot can be helpful occasionally, but it seems you’re already comfortable with the situation; perhaps there’s another issue.
Have you updated all of your device drivers and other software? Do your solo games run without any problems or glitches?
I apologize for the delayed response; things have unfortunately deteriorated. Occasionally, my game will freeze briefly—between two and three seconds—accompanied by an unusual buzzing noise and a ping of 500 milliseconds. Once the “lag” subsides, everything returns to normal (120 frames per second and 15 milliseconds). My drivers are current, and I haven’t identified any hardware problems.
Verify that the Network Bandwidth Limiter is activated. This setting can be viewed and modified within the Settings tab for each game.
