Uncertain if I'm in the right spot... sorry if that's the case. I own an RTX 3060, a Ryzen 9 3900XT, 32GB DDR4 at 2100 MHz, a 1TB 980 SSD, and four monitors. Occasionally my system slows down. I'm new to some tech and don't play games much. I mainly use it for website building, writing, and occasional video editing. Any advice on upgrades or adjustments? Thanks, Pr Nicholas

Check your installed RAM setup and the specifications of your memory package. For example, are you using a 32GB configuration with two 16GB sticks at 3200 MHz? Or do you have a different setup like Crucial Ballistix or Corsair Vengeance?

Consider accessing the BIOS settings and turning on XMP/DOCP support to achieve 3200MHz performance. If this approach fails and your system hasn't received a recent BIOS update, proceed by installing the latest non-Beta version and then attempt to enable XMP/DOCP, as updating the BIOS can enhance memory consistency.

Consider using a single active AV solution with real-time protection. Running two active units together can cause unexpected issues. You might try enabling passive mode for the inactive unit or keeping only one installed. These settings affect idle temperatures, but overall it should work without problems.
