Slow down and see if your mobile Wi-Fi is the issue.
I recently faced some trouble uploading files to Google Drive. Initially, I assumed the service was malfunctioning and restarts were happening repeatedly. Now I suspect there might be another cause. I'm seeking some guidance here. My connection is 100Mbps. The desktop runs on an ASUS Wi-Fi card included with the motherboard—though I haven’t set up a wired link yet. I’ve noticed odd network behavior. At first, I thought it was my ISP since my phone also shows sluggish performance on the same network, but now I’m considering the motherboard itself. Here’s what happened: Uploading a 3.5GB zip file took an hour to reach 10% and then restarted. Then I tried the file on my old laptop (2011 HP Pavilian DV6t) via Wi-Fi. It uploaded quickly—about 40 minutes with no hiccups. My desktop is slower than the laptop, and Chrome is up-to-date, both running Windows 7 SP1 with Avast Internet Security. Anyone else see any issues?
