slow clock rate and elevated temperatures on my Ryzen 5 2600
hey guys
i had a high temperature reading on my ryzen 2600 between 45 and 50 when idle, jumping to 65 and 70 during intense gameplay, and between 60 and 65 while playing lighter games. the clock speed never exceeded 3650 mhz while gaming. is this normal for me with the stock cooler, and could something be wrong with my temps and speeds? i also want tips on lowering these temperatures to enable overclocking to 4.2.
my specs are:
mobo - gigabyte b450 aorus pro
cpu - amd ryzen 5 2600
ram - 2x8gb corsair vengeance 3600mhz
gpu - msi gtx 1060 6gb
psu - gigabyte 500watt pb500
