Hello Everyone. My PC began to start up very slowly recently. This occurred after I lowered the voltage on my GPU using Afterburner. Here are my system details: CPU - Ryzen 5 5600X, Motherboard - Asrock B450m Pro4 V2.0, GPU - Gigabyte RTX 2060, OS - Windows 11, Storage - 4 drives (three 2.5" and one M.2 SATA), RAM - 32GB (3200MHz to 3600MHz), PSU - Corsair CV550. I've tried several fixes: updated BIOS, upgraded chipset, refreshed drivers, removed Wi-Fi card, reset CMOS, changed CMOS battery, disabled USB devices, used different boot options, and even booted with fast startup enabled. Stress testing the boot drive showed no issues. I plan to share my msconfig boot log and the ntbtlog.txt file for further analysis.

No, you haven't mentioned anything about the undervolt of your GPU.
