The second RAM slot isn’t working properly. The RAM appears readable when I disconnect the CPU fan or loosen it, but the CPU might get damaged if I force it. It takes roughly three seconds for the system to boot up after pressing the power button. Can someone explain what’s going on and how to fix it? Thank you.
