I recently purchased a 2070 used model and noticed R6 performance issues. FPS is improving but input lag remains significant—often around 1 or 1.5 seconds, which is quite noticeable. A week ago I inquired about compatibility between my current CPU and GPU, and they confirmed it would work. The game runs on an HDD, though that’s not a major concern. My setup includes: CPU i5 8600K @ 3.6GHz, GPU ROG STRIX 2070 OC, 2TB SSD, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB RAM at 2600MHz, and a Toshiba 7200RPM HDD.

What API are you utilizing? I've noticed the Vulkan API works more efficiently, in my opinion. It's important whether the game runs on an HDD or SSD, and I think it's even better to have it on an SSD.
