Just to confirm, these problems appear only after waking up or turning on the computer. My PC occasionally faces issues a few days ago after sleeping and waking, sometimes even after shutdowns. Initially, the internet seems inconsistent—games refuse to connect but still need it to start, so I’m unsure why. Also, searching on Spotify works, but no tracks play and it displays “Cannot play this right now.” I’m using Firefox and Edge without issues, and Steam functions properly. Another observation is that every time I power on my PC, I must unplug and plug in the headphone amp for Windows to recognize it. All these symptoms started recently, and I don’t believe an update caused them.
I'll review the wireless, USB and PCI-E power settings in both BIOS and Windows power plan. If this doesn't resolve the issue, consider updating the BIOS first, though I'd prioritize that due to potential risks.
I neglected this but saving it for later users, disabling fast boot in BIOS resolved the issue
