Sleep mode leads to audio interruptions in Bluetooth connections.
Hi! I own a Vivobook S 14 (model m3402ra) with an Intel AX210 chipset, running Windows 11 24H2 but also tried Windows 10. I’m facing a serious problem: when the laptop goes into sleep mode while Bluetooth is active and music plays, it stutters and skips audio intermittently. I’ve tested many drivers and updates, but nothing works. I noticed that disabling the AMD GPU driver in Device Manager lets the basic GPU driver work and stops the stutter, though I can’t connect an external monitor. When the AMD GPU drivers are enabled, music from any source—whether from my hard drive or online—stutters, but streaming Twitch with a locked screen works fine. It seems related to how the laptop transitions into its S0 sleep state, which is tricky to reset back to S3. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
