I've adjusted the "iVSyncPresentInterval=1" setting from 1 to 0 in my documents, game, and Skyrim Special Edition. It still doesn't affect anything. I can switch between 58 fps and 61.4 fps, but nothing changes beyond that.

Disable force synchronization in the driver, it should function properly.

It seems AMD Catalyst isn't available anymore. When you right-click the desktop, you only see AMD Radeon Settings.

It should always be the one, that's the way it is.

The frame rate remains fixed at 60 to 61 fps even on the lowest configuration.

are you using fullscreen mode? because without the fullscreen driver it sometimes doesn't work. skyrims vsync is set to iPresentInterval=0 by default (version1), not ivsyncpresentinvterval. you can find this setting in skyrimprefs.ini.

In Skyrim Special Edition it's referred to as iVSyncPresentInterval.

I attempted borderless windowed and fullscreen settings, but results remained the same. It’s possible the "Immersive sound" mod didn’t affect this, even though it previously worked.
