Not necessarily all quests will be resolved in the latest Skyrim update. While many issues have been addressed, some quests may still have bugs or remain incomplete.
I’m not aware of any particular quests that are notably broken, though I’ve definitely encountered many that fail unexpectedly in Skyrim. Sometimes I had to push quests to finish when they were stopping my progress during the main story.
With the unofficial Skyrim Legendary edition patch installed, your missions should work properly. Just make sure your performance stays under 60 frames per second.
