My friend is attempting to run Skyrim Special Edition on an old laptop with integrated graphics. He mentioned it worked fine a few days ago without any problems. Any suggestions?

I7 Q820 with 1.73ghz processor, no graphics card. Not checked temperatures, he plays few PC games. 8GB of memory.
