It seems there might be a mod available or you can use GeForce software to achieve this. MSAA is NVIDIA's technology.
I think it can be handled using Nividia Inspector but not via the NVIDIA control panel
There are options using Nvidia's various tools, but I’d just customize the game graphics with existing mods (likely including MSAA injection).
I believe Skyrim's default anti-aliasing is MSAA. There isn't a mod or injector that adds MSAA. The ENB Series offers Edge AA, Temporal AA, Subpixel AA, and Transparency AA. You can combine SMAA from SweetFX with the AA features of ENB Series. Feel free to experiment with all five or use them together if you're comfortable. However, using Skyrim's MSAA with ENB Series when deferred rendering is active won't work.
