There are numerous issues without mods. Are there any solutions besides unofficial patches? Many quests remain incomplete and require updates.

Well, that's just Skyrim. It's always been a bit of a headache. The game is known for its quirks and issues.

The broken quests are similar to...? I've tried that game countless times and only encountered broken quests once, except in the Dawnguard DLC which got fixed.

It's not necessary; you can obtain additional mod adjustments, but it would be better to check the bug reports on a quest page at uesp.net for recommendations on resolving those issues.
